Local Bible Study Groups

Each year free courses are run which explain the Christian faith. This is an opportunity to find out more about Christianity and the Bible, and is open to students of any nationality or religious background.


Bible Study for International Women

Tuesdays 9:45am - 11:30am; meeting at 68 Coulston Road, Lancaster, LA1 3AE. Meets weekly starting Tuesday 10th April, running until Tuesday 10th July, except during half term (29th May).

An Exploring Christianity course for International Women who wish to find out more or deepen their faith.

International Real Food and Exploring Christianity Groups

Tuesdays 6:00pm - 8:00pm; meeting at Moorlands Church Building, Dumbarton Road, LA1 3BX. Starts Tuesday 24th April and runs until Tuesday 3rd July with no meeting during half term (on Tuesday 29th May).

A meal shared together followed by a Bibe study. For Christians and those interested in finding out more about what Christians believe. Run by Moorlands Church.

Every Wednesday 7pm - 9:30pm; meeting at St Thomas' Church Centre, Lancaster, LA1 1XX. Meal served at 7:00pm, followed by a Bible study from 8:00pm - 9:00pm and prayer 9:00pm-9:30pm. Starts Wednesday 25th April and runs until Wednesday 20th June.

A relaxed and friendly group for students with a group specifically for international students. You don't need to know anything about the Bible and you won't be asked to pray out loud or sing. You can ask any question you like, or you can just sit and listen.

Campus Bible Talks

Short talks looking at what the Bible says about the big questions of life. These take place regularly, with an opportunity to ask questions and refreshments provided.
